Hello!!

Welcome to my website. I am D. D. Myrick. I am a writer, author and inspirational speaker. I’ve been featured in Chicken Soup of the Soul: Just for Teenagers, which I invite you to check out sometime. I defiantly have a passion for working with young people, especially those living with a disability, or a particular hardship, as I myself am living with Mild Cerebral Palsy. So I know firsthand, what it is like to go through the test and trails, and hard won victories of adolescence.
Thankfully, I discovered a love for writing that helped shape my faith in God. I realized that even though I might be limited physically I am truly limitless. It is my mission to instill hope, faith, and acceptance of self and others, in the lives of my readers and those I’m privileged to speak with. I believe this a universal message that should be spread to children and adults, which led me to begin the Trudy Mackintower & the Originals series. I also have a New Adult Christian romance titled: By His Stripes that I will be releasing soon… so look out for it!!
